The only thing I don't get is the setting of the video & that it doesn't relate to anything about California. Trust me, I live in the West Coast and I never see hott girls with candy all over & gummy bears giving the finger.

The song is very catchy. Very Katy Perry. I'd rank this right up there with 'Waking up in Vegas' (better than 'I Kissed a Girl' and 'Hot n Cold').

Generic, Pop-overkill, boring, doesn't bring anything new to the table, and the song while catchy (very) it's annoying. So no thanks. and also she can't sing live.
