Window Borders

There is a code that puts a border on the top and left of every window. It makes it look like the window is sort of "popping out" a little bit. Its a good little design that can make a board look a little spicier. Here is some boards that use it.

Its nothing big. Just a little tweak. Heres the code for it

Also another suggestion is changing the link color and the text colors. because usually i cant tell if somethings a link or just regular text until i roll over it

Take it out, in the main you might not have the sig problem

You could also add Chris' "Sig inside box" code. that makes it look like the line should be there.
