Okay basically I'll tell you what each means  We make a poll with everyone who wants to make the skin and the users vote. The staff pick who they think is best for the job. Or we make a team of a few people and they work on the skin together. Happy Voting BTW This does not mean a v2 skin will be released any time soon |

I say the desinger team cause then it would be done quicker and less presure on one person to do ALL the skin.

i say poll.. i have worked with a team and things alwasy get hairy and people get offended if you say you dont like something... i would say 1 coder 1 designer.. and give them a few weeks

Staff Team.
All should have an input. After all, it shouldn't be decided by members. And polls are often biased anyway. Like people persuading them to vote for them. And such. It should be a decision for the admin team.
