No, but i do read reviews on movies, games and music just to see what others are thinking about it before i buy it, watch it or listen to it. Yea in the long run no.

With games I go by Reviews a lot, same with movies unless they won a grammy or something for the movie. Then, the movie usually is boring so I don't bother. Music I usually find things on my own.

I have bought games I have read bad reviews about. Simply put, I wanted it, and I could give 2 shits less about what others think. My preferences are much different than the next. Take WoW for example. I heard pretty much the same crap you guys said about it in my thread, about no life and addiction and what not. But I tried it and liked it.

Movies, not at all. If I want to see it, I'll see it.(or wait till tv or dvd )

Music, again, no.

Eh, I've had people suggest new bands, but I don't really like new bands. All the rock band singers sounds like they haven't hit puberty.
