So any of you have a family member or freind or even yourself that has to deal with pain on almost if not daily? How do you deal with it? Do you know what cause the problem?

I work at a Pharmacy! Or I used to...I got laid off. I filled prescriptions there, and some people would get 10 or more prescriptions. It's insane! Makes you think how are they even alive.

i was more along the lines of Physically but Emotionally can be added as well.
I do know some and yes the person is me. My knees give me pain not everyday but close to it and i use to have to be on high mg drugs to help but i was able to get off and most of the time i just deal with the pain. Now the pain could hold me back from doing different stuff but i dont let it.
So i live a normal life just in pain more of the time *shrugs* Got to have fun some time right?

Here lately I've been getting really bad charlie horse pains, and if you've had those you know they suck. It usually only lasts about 15 minutes and gradually goes away. =/ I asked my doctor about it and he said it was normal because my body is just changing. and it also can be lack of water too. so if you dont drink alot of water well then drink more may help.

Well, it usually happens because I'm in such an uncomfortable position while sleeping, that my muscles cramp up. And it cant be the water thing because I'm always drinking water, haha. Ah i see, Heating pad might help if you have one. put it on for like 15min 20mins. Yea i know alot about medical things kinda, >_> i have reasons <_<

Well it's not really much of an extra bone, since it's supposed to fuse with another during puberty (i think).
mine's just really late, or faulty
