That is such a waste of money.

Also, I think it's a real poor attitude on their part to do such a thing. That's called bribery, not justice. They should be directing their proper judgment to situations and making the decisions and enforce the appropriate consequences. You shouldn't be bribed to do so. Just disgusting...
