I do because it makes me feel better about myself, and because of football. I only Care and work out tho

I can do anything that deals with weights but I hate running, thats the only thing I hate about football, running miles

im with RB i hated the running in football practice, the weights were my fav part...

never gave a sh!t bout what i ate and all that, until 2 years back when i was almost dead and in the icu for 1 week. I was diagnosed with chrones disease (its basicly when your intestine becomes inflmed, therefore causing internal bleeding) When i went to the hospital i had lost 10 pints of blood, i had lost over 70 pounds in less then 2 months (from doing nothing at all) i had completly stopped eating for almost a week prior, eating made me sick to my stomach. My body was pretty much shutting down for good.
So now I have to watch just about everything I eat. I do consume any beef products. For meat I only eat chick and fish, chicked cant be fried or anything like that, usally skinless. I do not eat anything that is hot or spicy. I do not eat at any resturants that are buffy style or at chinese resturants, due to the fact that they put MSG (its something they put on the food that dosent let the salad and stuff like that get old, as well as a flavor enhance) it does horrid work on my stomach. I can not consume any alcholic beverages ( dont care about that) Also i dont drink coffee, energy drink or allot of caffinated drinks to caffine.
