I like some of Sunjo's and Slip's work, but Smangii is just so creative with his designs. His Bloo template was awesome. He is probably my favorite. I have to say though, Sunjo and Wrighty's template Despotic was the best premade template i have seen on ProBoards.
Also, ~weirdink on deviantArt has some very inspirational and creative pieces. He just puts a great amount of imagination his art.

i'd prolly say smangii too, as well as loliarescientist
but that might just be because i love their style
