Yes the books are really good, and big. I tend to like big books because it takes longer to read.

Aha, HP is the best. I've read all the books, and can't wait for the rest of the movies to come out.

but still, the movies aren't exactly like the book, (movie 5 was barely like the book) and 6 is most likely gonna come out b4 7 does, so y not just watch it?

I really can't say how much of a disappointment the last book was to me, I don't want to make this a spoiler post for anyone else, but it starts of really well, the middle is crap, anti-climatic ending which all the previous books build up to, and then there's the epilogue, which I won;t even talk about cause it's so bad.

Considering she holds the copyright for the series anyone who decided to do it would have every bit of money they own taken from them before I can say 'quidditch'. SPOILERS BELOW - IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE FINAL BOOKS BEWARE! Sorry if I start sounding a little vague by the way ... it's 2:25 and pitch black except for my monitor light. The reason I hate it was because for all the books besides chamber, Ginny was such a bit-part character you barely know she existed half the time. Then out of NO-WHERE Harry starts to 'fall in love' with her. At the end of book 6 he dumps here and I thought. Oh good, that's the end of that... we hardly see any of her in book 7 then JK puts in an epilogue and BANG they're married. Way to go JK, at least try to build up a relationship between them you know? Before book 5 it is blatant that she hero worships him and dreams of a life with the boy who lived rather than Harry Potter, a 17 year old bloke in Griffyndor. So what happened to change that? Another plot hole. And of course this is just a MINOR part of the story. In book 7 it starts off in the thick of it, delving straight into a Death Eater meeting, Harry's going to the Burrow, the fall of the Ministry. Then, after all of that, where I am convinced the book will live up to all of my expectations... they go camping for the next 200 or so pages. Okay, they get in arguments and go to one or two places, but at this point I was almost content to chuck it into a bin and read a fanfiction of the 7th book it was that boring. Things get a little more interesting again at Grimmauld place and I found Kreacher's tale intruiging, things were looking good again and up until we get to Hogwart's I'll admit I was enjoying it again. Then comes the inevitable. It gets worse again. The final battle with Voldemort is perhaps the most anti-climatic thing I have EVER EVER read or seen, considering the fact that 7 books have been building up to this point, it's just seems rushed. And when he's hit by the AK, why oh WHY! Did it have to be Dumbledore(bumblebee in old English ) he talks to, why not his parents? or Sirius? you'd think they'd be who he'd rather see and also who'd be better at explaining things to him. I'll stop this now since I'm hitting backspace every other letter but I hope this helped END SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
