Wrath of the Lich King set the record for copies sold on it's release day at 2.8 million, beating out the old record of the previous expansion Burning Crusade.(for PC games anyways ) wow thats pretty cool

lol disagreement time I wouldn't think it would be WotLK, since it's just an expansion pack. -- And I don't think CoD5 is really that great either, since it's just a ww2 version of cod4, and even then I don't think it's as good. It didn't really offer anything new to the industry, or even to the player. -- Of the gamespot preliminaries list, I'd have to say it's down to MGS4, brawl, LBPlanet, and Bioshock
